Energy Management and Optimization
Management and optimization of energy-water-material-environment nexus is core element of resource efficiency. Optimization of resources and efficient use of energy and water could contribute to solutions of global environmental issues. In order to assess the potential of optimal flow of energy in an energy consumer unit, development and application of analytical tools is required. The goals followed in this research group is mainly focused on changing the current state of energy usage to an optimum system with the help of appropriate energy and water saving methods, and evaluating those methods economically subject to minimum destruction and waste of resources. In addition, optimal design of integrated system of energy-water-material-environment interaction and supporting the development of resource efficient technologies as elements of an integrated system, on-line monitoring and optimal control systems are vision that are pursued inĀ SE3T. Hence, Energy Management and Optimization (EMO) group is one of the main group of the company and its missions are defined as follows:
- Developing total Resource & Energy Management System (REMS)
- Developing Models for optimization of energy and water in energy consumer sectors
